Massimo has very recently joined our HR recruiters team, bringing with him years of experience in the cruise industry – not only in recruitment but also as a former musician on board. His deep understanding of life at sea fuels his passion for connecting talented musicians with extraordinary opportunities around the world on board.
Vanja, who came “aboard” last year, has become a key part of our logistics department. With years of experience working on board and knowledge of MSC Cruises fleet, she brings the logistical expertise and insights we needed to ensure smooth operations behind the scenes.
