Secretarial
DepartmentOur secretarial and administrative staff will take care of incoming calls and help you where possible. They take care of all the documents and contracts needed to be able to work on board.

Operations
DepartmentThe operational department is taking care of the scheduling and logistic part of our musicians who are going on board. We program our musicians for summer and/or winter season contracts. As the ships are cruising worldwide we take care of the planning and logistics for smooth embarkations and disembarkations. After your embarkation has been confirmed you will be informed which staff member to contact for logistic matters.
Recruitment
HR DepartmentOur new candidates will be screened by our HR department and if suitable forwarded to our clients. Please send your details via our online application and this will arrive at our HR department. In case we have a post available for your formation with one of our clients we will contact you as soon as possible. Incomplete applications might not be considered for forwarding to our clients.
